While receiving kindness and encouragement from my artworks, I somehow found myself creating works on the theme of "goddesses," as if in conversation with them. My artworks always embrace me with gentleness, reminding me of how much I am comforted and supported by painting, how much painting is an important part of my life, and how it is my driving force. I am enveloped in the love of "painting." I want to live with my paintings, then, now, and into the future. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my small apartment, where I could hear the church bells, and to my beloved city of Paris and France, which allowed me to quietly and peacefully face my paintings, and to my beloved city of Paris and France, which inspired me to paint this Goddess series!
